Our Commitment
Salus is committed to making its platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.
What We Do
We design Salus to work with keyboard navigation, to maintain readable color contrast, to support a dark mode for light sensitivity, to use clear labels on form fields, and to keep layouts responsive across screen sizes and zoom levels. We try to write in plain, direct language so the product is easier to understand.
Known Limitations
We are honest that Salus is early and not yet fully audited for accessibility. Some areas, including certain charts, interactive elements, and third-party components, may not yet be fully accessible to every assistive technology. We are working to identify and improve these areas over time.
Assistive Technology
Salus is intended to work with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and browser zoom. If a specific tool or feature does not work well for you, we want to know, so we can prioritize fixing it.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Salus, please tell us. Email aryanmenon98@gmail.com with a description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We read every message and use it to improve. Where we can, we will also try to provide the information or function you needed in another way.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is part of how we intend to build Salus going forward, not an afterthought. As the platform grows, we plan to test with assistive technologies, incorporate accessibility into new features, and update this statement to reflect our current state.
